Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku logopedické péče u seniorů. Teoretickou část tvoří tři kapitoly. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá charakteristikami seniorského věku, populací seniorů v České republice a otázkou kvality života seniorů. Logopedické péči a typickým narušením komunikační schopnosti u jedinců ve stáří je věnována kapitola druhá. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na vybrané sociální služby. Empirická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření, které zjišťuje stav logopedické péče u seniorů v domovech pro seniory a domovech se zvláštním režimem ve Zlínském kraji.This thesis focuses on problems of speech and language therapy services for the elderly. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The introductory chapter describes the characteristics of the old age, with the elderly population in the Czech Republic, and with the issue of senior?s quality of life. Speech therapy and communication disorder typical of individuals in old age is investigated in chapter two. The third chapter focuses on selected social services. The empirical part contains a research, which determines the state of speech and language therapy in homes for the elderly and homes with special regime in the Zlín Region.
