Práce je zaměřena na využití NIC klasifikace u klientů s osteosyntézou a s ošetřovatelským problémem akutní bolest 00132 a deficitní znalost (specifikovat) 00126 na základě zjištění v předvýzkumném šetření. Práce sleduje škálu ošetřovatelských intervencí u diagnózy akutní bolest a deficitní znalost užívaných v české ošetřovatelské praxi a porovnává je s definovanými intervencemi z NIC klasifikace Severoamerické asociace pro mezinárodní ošetřovatelskou diagnostiku NANDA. V teoretické části práce je popsána NANDA - International diagnostická klasifikace, NIC klasifikace, problematika pohybového aparátu a jeho poranění včetně terapie se zaměřením na osteosyntézy. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky výzkumného šetření prováděného v období únor - březen 2010 na klinikách Fakultní nemocnice Olomouc, Vojenské nemocnice Olomouc a nemocnice ve Šternberku, realizovaného pomocí sekundární analýzy zdravotnické dokumentace pacientů. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a závěru práce.The aim of the thesis is to describe the use of the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) in clients with osteosynthesis, acute pain and deficient knowledge as determined by a preliminary survey. The work is concerned with a range of nursing interventions for acute pain and low awareness used in hospitals in the Czech Republic, comparing them with interventions defined by the NIC classification of the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA). The theoretical part describes the NANDA International Diagnostic Classification, NIC, musculoskeletal system and injuries with a focus on osteosynthesis. The practical part presents the results of research carried out in some departments of the University Hospital in Olomouc, Military Hospital in Olomouc and Šternberk Hospital in February and March 2010. The research was based on a secondary analysis of patients medical records. The results are summarized in the discussion and conclusion sections of the thesis.
