Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využívání restriktivních prostředků v psychiatrii, zmapováním podmínek a okolností jejich využití v případech, které se uskutečnily v období mezi prosincem 2009 až únorem 2010. Zároveň je práce zaměřena na získávání názorů od zdravotních sester, které se aplikace restriktivního prostředku zúčastnily. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři hlavní oblasti, kdy první popisuje restriktivní prostředky, další oblast je zamřena na péči o klienty v restrikci a závěrečná část popisuje postupné změny v užívání této metody zklidnění. Praktická část obsahuje grafické znázornění výsledků dotazníkového průzkumu a jejich statistické zpracování.Diploma Thesis concerns problems with using coercise measures in psychiatry, mapping the conditions and consequences of their use in the cases which occured from December 2009 to February 2010. The focus of the thesis is collecting the opinions of the nurses who took part in the application of coercive measures. The thesis is divided into two parts ? practical and theoretical. The theoretical part has three sections. The first section describes coercive measures; the next part is concerned with the care of the restricted clients; and the last part is focused on gradual changes in the use of this method of pacification. Practical part contains graphical representations of the results from the questionaire survey and their statistics.
