Predložená bakalárska práca pojednáva o dôležitosti prípravy budúcich náhradných rodičov, zasahujúcich do života veľmi zraneného dieťaťa, ktoré bolo vyňaté z biologickej alebo pôvodnej rodiny. V okamihu, keď sa manželia rozhodnú a stotožnia s myšlienkou prijať do rodiny cudzie dieťa, majú pocit, že ho potrebujú, aby naplnili svoje potreby. Neuvedomujú si, že dieťa ich potrebuje oveľa viac. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je spoznať program PRIDE, zameraný na prípravu náhradných rodičov. Zistiť, či je program dostačujúci, a či by psycho-sociálny výcvik nepomohol k zlepšeniu programu. Súčasťou práce je aj empirická časť zameraná na účastníkov programu PRIDE, ktorá bola spracovaná na základe vyhodnotenia vyplnených dotazníkov respondentov.This bachelor work focuses on the importance of preparation of future surrogate parents, who intervene in the life of deeply wounded child, who was taken from the biological or original family. Instantly, when the married couple decides and accepts the thought of assuming the parenting for child, who is not kin, they have feeling that they need him to fulfil their needs, but they do not realize , that this child needs them more. Intention of this bachelor work is to know the programme PRIDE, which is concentrated on the preparation of surrogate parents, to find out, whether this programme is adequate and whether psychosocial training could help to improve this programme. Part of this work is also empiric part, focused on participators of programme PRIDE. This part is made with the help of evaluation of questionaires filled in with respondents who took part at the programme PRIDE themselves.
