Cieľom diplomovej práce bola analýza transgénnych rastlín jačmeňa pomocou real-time PCR a Western blottingu. V teoretickej práci boli opísané rôzne metódy transformácie jačmeňa a ich súčasná aplikácia. V praktickej časti boli spísané všetky použité metódy pri práci a zhrnuté získané výsledky z real-time PCR a Western blottingu.The main goal of master thesis was analysis of transgenic barley plants using real-time PCR and Western blotting. In the theoretical section of the work, there are described different techniques of barley transformation and their practical applications. In the practical section of the work, there are described used methods as well as summary of obtained results from real-time PCR and Western blotting.
