Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit zda výskyt interních onemocnění (diabetu mellitu, vysokého krevního tlaku a onemocnění štítné žlázy) ovlivňuje výskyt diagnózy bolestivého ramene. Teoretická část popisuje ramenní pletenec z funkčního hlediska, zabývá se nejčastějšími příčinami vzniku syndromu bolestivého ramene a vlivem vybraných interních onemocnění na pohybový aparát. V empirické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaného rozhovoru zkoumán vztah syndromu bolestivého ramene a diabetu mellitu, hypertenze a thyreopatie. Výsledky práce poukazují na trendy, které by v případě pokračování výzkumu mohly mít statistickou významnost: existence souvislosti diabetu mellitu a bolestivosti pravé horní končetiny (dále PHK), souvislost bolestivosti PHK a délky trvání diabetu mellitu a souvislost bolesti PHK a délky trvání hypertenze.The goal of this thesis is to determine the relationship between the occurrence of internal diseases (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tyreopatia) and the syndrom of painful shoulder. Theoretic part consists of description of the shoulder girdle from the functional view, the most common causes of origin of the syndrom of painful shoulder and the influence of selected internal diseases on the locomotor system The relationship between the syndrom of painful shoulder and diabetes mellitus, hypertension and thyreopathie is examined in the empirical part using the structured questionnaire and the structured interview. The findings of the thesis advert to tendencies that appear statistically significant in potential future studies: existence of connection between diabets mellitus and pain of the right upper extremity, length of diabetes mellitus and pain of the right upper extremity and length of hytertension and pain of the right upper extremity.
