Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vědomostí a postojů dospívajících k problematice obezity. Výzkumným šetřením za pomoci anonymního dotazníku byla zhodnocena úroveň vědomostí o obezitě a dále zmapovány postoje a názory na jedince trpící obezitou. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 336 žáků SZŠ, gymnázia a SOU. Z výsledků šetření je patrné, že se většina respondentů orientuje v problematice obezity. Mezi zjištěné nedostatky patřily slabší znalosti týkající se center pomoci obézním, dalších možností léčby obezity a komplikací obezity.The aim of this final thesis is the evaluation of adolescents´ knowledge level about the obesity and their attitude towards these problems concerning the obesity. The knowledge level was evaluated by the method of the anonymous questionary. Students´ opinions of persons suffering the obesity were the next aims of this thesis. The survey was realized among 336 students of the Secondary School for Medical Workers, the Gymnasium and the Secondary Vocational School. The results show that most of students have the good knowledge in the problems of the obesity. We found out only their worse knowledge in the centers which help the obese persons. The students didn´t know the lesser-known method for the treatment of the obesity and its possible complications either.
