Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku režimu dne začínajících učitelů. Je zkoumáno, jak reálný stav odpovídá teoretickým předpokladům. Na základě výzkumné sondy bylo v rámci rozhovorů zjištěno, že i když se realita od ideálního stavu, který nám poskytuje literatura, trochu liší, je větší polovina dotazovaných začínajících učitelů spokojena se svým denním režimem.This thesis is concerned with the problems of daily work regime of beginning teachers. It examines how reality corresponds to the theory presented in their teacher training courses. Research work, based on interviews, carried out for this thesis suggests that more than fifty percent of new teachers are satisfied with their daily work regime despite the fact that reality is somewhat different from the ideal as presented in the literature.
