Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rasově specifické rezistence vůči Bremii lactucae v současném sortimentu salátu. Teoretická část charakterizuje jednotlivé složky rostlinného patosystému Lactuca spp. - Bremia lactucae a popisuje interakce mezi nimi. Zejména se jedná o rezistenci hostitele a virulenci patogena. Praktická část porovnává interakce mezi genotypy L. sativa a různými izoláty B. lactucae.This thesis deals with race-specific resistance against Bremia lactucae in recent assortment of lettuce. The theoretical part describes the various components of plant pathosystem Lactuca spp. - Bremia lactucae and describes the interactions between them. Particulary it is the host resistance and pathogen virulence. The practical part of the compares the interaction between L. sativa genotypes and different isolates of B. lactucae.
