Magisterská diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části se zabývám následujícími tématy: vhledem do problematiky psychologie s pojmy osobnost a místo kontroly; atribucemi a jejími teoriemi, proměnnými, tendencemi, chybami a omyly; vhledem do problematiky sociální politiky s pojmy práce a trh práce; nezaměstnaností s jejími typy, příčinami a kategorizací nezaměstnaných; výsledky souvisejících výzkumů. Empirická část je orientovaná na nezaměstnané evidované na úřadu práce Novojičínska, ve věkovém rozmezí 20 až do 50 let a více. Výzkum je orientován na zkoumání kauzálních atribucí z pohledu multifaktoriální podmíněnosti, se zaměřením na predisponující faktory kauzálních atribucí nezaměstnanosti, dále na to jak kauzální atribuce ovlivňují prožívání a zvládání nezaměstnanosti. Hlavním cílem bylo identifikovat diference ve vysvětlování příčin nezaměstnanosti v závislosti na: délce nezaměstnanosti, věku a vzdělání, třech úrovních sebekategorizace (nezaměstnaný, profese, jiné) a osobnostních atribučních stylech (relativně stálých osobnostních charakteristikách).The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with such topics as the insight into the issues of psychology, with the concept of personality and locus of control, the attribution and its theories, errors and mistakes, the insight into social policy, employment and employment market, unemployment, its types and its causes, categorisation of the unemployed people and the results of the related research. The empirical part concentrates on the unemployed registered at the Job Office in the district of Nový Jičín aged 20 to 50 and more. It focuses on investigating the causal attribution which is conditioned by many factors, it deals with these factors and the way they predispose the causal attribution of the unemployment. It also concentrates on how the causal attribution influences the people in experiencing and managing their unemployment. The main aim of the thesis is to identify the differences in explaining the causes of unemployment and how they depend on the length of unemployment, on the age and education of the unemployed people. They also depend on three levels of self-categorisation (the unemployed, profession, others) and on personal attributional styles (fairly stable personal characteristics).
