Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami kvality života uživatelů Domova pro osoby se zdravotním, a to mentálním, postižením v Zašové v souvislosti se zaváděním standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vliv zavádění těchto standardů na život klientů a hledat rezervy vedoucí k větší svébytnosti uživatel. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem sociálních služeb a charakteristikou klientů. Je nastíněna problematika uplatňování lidských práv lidí s mentálním postižením. Objasňuje se význam standardů kvality a jejich vliv na změnu poskytovaných služeb. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění, jaký vliv má zavádění standardů na způsoby poskytované sociální služby, na změny vztahů mezi pracovníky a uživateli. Jsou analyzovány konkrétní názory uživatelů. Výsledky mohou pomoci najít další postupy ke zkvalitňování poskytovaných služeb.This Bachelor's thesis describes the changes in the quality of life of the clients living in the home for mentally handicapped people in Zasova, after the introduction of new quality standards in social services. The objective is to evaluate the impact of the introduction of these standards on the clients and to reveal possible scope of changes leading to wider independence of the clients. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of social services and the characteristics of the clients. It includes subjects regarding to personal rights of mentally challenged people. It explains the importance of quality standards and impact of those standards on provided services. The practical part deals with the impact of progressively implemented standards on provided services and on the changes in the relations between the employees and the clients. It also includes the analysis of the actual opinions of the clients. The results can help to find new approaches leading to higher quality of provided services.
