Diplomová práce je zaměřená na analýzu dvou středověkých německých artušovských románů ?Ereca? a ?Iweina? od Hartmanna z Aue. Tematika artušovského románu byla ve středověku velmi oblíbená. Hartmann z Aue vychází ze zakladatele artušovského románu Chrestiena de Troyes. V zásadě platí, že artušovký dvůr stejně tak jako samotná postava krále Artuše bývá vždy příkladem ideálním příkladem bezchybného královského dvora. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda a dojaké míry se Hartmannův ?Erec? a ?Iwein? odlišují. Hlavní aspekty srovnávání byly především samotné osoby, členové Artušova dvora, hlavní hrdinové Erec a Iwein a samotný král Artuš. V ?Erecovi? působí všichni opravdu dojmem ideálních rytířů. Tento román je vystavěn jako pocta a obdiv k rytířství, dvoru a rytířské kultuře. ?Iwein? oproti tomu se snaží ukázat nesmyslnost a nemožnost existence ideálního rytíře a jeho utopické ideální společnosti.This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of two medieval German Arthurian novels "Erec" and "Iwein" by Hartmann von Aue. In the Middle Ages, the theme of the Arthurian novel was very popular. In this tradition, Hartmann von Aue follows the founder of the Arthurian novel, Chrestien de Troyes. Basically, the Arthurian Court as well as the character of the King Arthur himself always represent an ideal example of the perfect royal court. The aim of this thesis is to examine if and to what extent "Erec" and "Iwein" by Hartmann von Aue differ. The main aspects of this comparison were primarily the persons, i.e. members of the Arthurian Court, the protagonists Erec and Iwein and King Arthur himself. In "Erec", all the characters really make an impression of the ideal knights. The main point of this novel is to show the honour and admiration to the knighthood, the Court and the knightly culture. "Iwein", on the other hand, tries to show the senselessness and the impossibility of the existence of an ideal knight and the utopian ideal society.
