Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o laserové refrakční chirurgii. Přináší nástin její historie a vývoje. Popisuje současné moderní metody, jejich princip a s nimi spojené předoperační vyšetření i možné pooperační komplikace . Pro ucelenou představu o jednotlivých metodách zmiňuje vrchní vrstvu oka- rohovku, na které se všechny popisované zákroky provádějí. Krátce se věnuje typům refrakčních vad, jako je myopie, hypermetropie a astigmatismus. Vlastní výzkum práce je zaměřen na individuální zkušenosti pacientů s laserovou korekcí vady a výskyt pooperačních komplikací u každého z nich. Hodnotí objektivní refrakci před a po zákroku a vyhodnocuje úspěšnost operací.This bachelor thesis deals with the laser refractive surgery. It provides an outline of its history and development. It describes the modern methods, their principles and their associated pre-examination and possible postoperative complications. For a comprehensive picture of the various methods mentioned in the top layer of the eye - the cornea, which are all described interventions carried out. Shortly deals refracting types of defects such as myopia, astigmatism and hypermetropia. The research work is focused on individual experiences of patients with laser correction defects and the occurrence of postoperative complications for each of them. It assesses objective refraction before and after the procedure and evaluates the success of operations.
