První část bakalářské práce analyzuje, do jaké míry jsou informováni o svých právech hospitalizovaní pacienti v nemocnici Karviná Ráj, názory na tento etický kodex ze strany pacientů i zdravotníků. Druhá část se zabývá informovaností a znalostmi pacientů i zdravotníků v oblasti plateb jednotlivých odvětví zdravotnických oborů poskytovatelů zdravotní péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které je popsán historický vývoj a etický kodex Práv pacientů v České republice. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem, popisuje metodiku výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, analýzu, diskuzi a zjištění nedostatků, zaznamenává rozdílné názory mezi pacienty a zdravotníky. Přínosem práce je zamyšlení nad touto problematikou, která bude vyžadovat od pacientů i zdravotníků změny v postojích ke svému zdraví a k diskutované problematice jako je zavedení regulačních poplatků a respektování práv pacientů.The first part of the bachelor thesis looks into how the patients hospitalized in the hospital in Karviná Ráj are informed of their rights finds out views of patients and medical staff ou the ethical kodex. The other part is concerned with knowledge and acquintance of both patiens and medical staff with the sphere of payment of individual branches of medical specialities of health care providers. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part the historical development and the Ethical Kodex of Patient Rights in the Czech Republic is described. The practical part deals with research, describes the methodology of research with the help of questionnaire inquiry, analysis, discussion andfinding and finding ofailures, it lists different opinions of patiens and medical staff. The.contribution of the thesis should be thinking of the problems which will demand changes of attitudes both of patients and medical staff to their health and to discussed problems of introduction of administrative fees and respecting the patients rights.
