Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem Neonatologického oddělení Fakultní nemocnice Na Bulovce. Jejím obsahem je celkový popis oddělení. Je v ní rozebráno vykazování výkonů, nároky na vybavení a personál z hlediska požadavků pojišťovny, náklady na pořízení potřebného vybavení. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat poskytuje informace o statistických ukazatelích, o výkonnosti oddělení a jeho hospodářském výsledku.The present diploma thesis deals with the management of the Neonatological Ward in the Teaching Hospital Na Bulovce. It consists of the overall description of the ward. More specifically, it is concerned with the show of operations, the demands for equipment and the personnel from the point of view of the insurance company, and the costs of the acquisition of the necessary equipment. The analysis and interpretation of the gathered data provides information about the statistical indicators, the ward´s efficiency, and its economic development.
