Charakterizace klinických izolátů M. catarrhalis za použití molekulárně biologických metod a variačních metod identifikace bakterií na základě fenotypových odlišností. Mezi tyto metody patří např. test rezistence na antibiotika, PCR, test růstových křivek, rozbor schopnosti autoaglutinace a další. Tyto experimenty byly vybrány na zakládě pokrytí co největšího spektra vlastností, a tudíž co nejlépe tyto izoláty charakterizovat.Characterization of the clinical isolates of M. catarrhalis using various techniques of molecular biology as well as bacterial identification methods based on phenotypic variations. Experiments such as antibiotic susceptibility test, PCR, growth curves and autoagglutination assays were included to best characterise the mentioned properties of the strains.
