    Cílem diplomové práce je návrh, algoritmizace a praktická realizace expertního systému. Řešení je založeno na produktech společnosti ESRI a jejich partnerů. ES bude schopen posoudit a ocenit krajinu z pohledu ekologické stability, erozní ohroženosti, retenční kapacity a ekonomické kalkulace krajiny. Výstupem práce je založená a naplněná znalostní báze krajiny, algoritmizované rozhodovací schéma pro oceňování krajinných segmentů dle výše uvedených požadavků a optimalizovaný datový model. Vše má praktické ověření - na modelových územích povodí Trkmanky.The aim of thesis "The Expert System for the evaluation of the landscape in ESRI GIS" is design, algorithmization and practical implementation expert system. Using the designed expert system, the landscape is evaluated from several perspectives: the ecological stability, soil-erosion, retention capacity and economic landscape calculations. Ecological stability is evaluated using the basic ecological stability coefficients. To determine the soil water erosion is used Universal Soil Loss Equation. The retention capacity is evaluated by Curve Number method. Economic calculation of landscape is estimated by the Modified Hessian method. Project is verified in parts of the Trkmanka river basin. Thesis is based on ESRI products and their partners. The work is used software ArcView GIS 3.x and extension Ecosystem Management Decision Support (EMDS) 2.0. The proposal and realization of dependency network is made in NetWeaver, which is a knowledge base of EMDS. Then were performed the assessment of landscape segments in the Assessment system. Results of calculation were displayed in the EMDS project. Procedure making dependency network and assessment landscape and the results verified in parts of the Trkmanka river basin are documented in the text of thesis. The work is accompanied by a CD-ROM containing the input data, a series of reclassify tables, optimized data structure, dependency network in NetWeaver, projects to assessment landscape in EMDS and the final data layer. Results of thesis are presented on website and poster summarizing the results of the work.
