Bakalářská práce {\clq}Komentovaný překlad prezentace potravinářského podniku z češtiny do ruštiny` se zaměřuje na zpracování jazykového materiálu prezentací potravinářských podniků na území Ruské federace a následný překlad prezentace českého podniku s komentářem. V teoretické části práce jsme se věnovali odbornému stylu v ruštině, porovnání české a ruské terminologie, metodám překladu, překladatelským transformacím a překladu vlastních jmen. V praktické části jsme nejprve nahlédli do historie cechu řezníků a uzenářů a také jsme se seznámili se současnou situací výroby masa a masných výrobků na českém a ruském trhu. Dále byla provedena analýza prezentací ruských masokombinátů, na jejichž základě byl vytvořen glosář výrazů a ustálených obratů. S využitím teoretických poznatků a vytvořeného glosáře jsme zpracovali ruský překlad české firmy Váhala a spol. s r.o. a následně také komentář k transformacím užitým v textu.The bachelor labour {\clq}qTranslation of Food Industry Presentation from Czech into Russian with Commentary`` is specialized in the elaboration of language material of presentations of food industry companies that operate on territory of the Russian Federation and consequent translation of presentation of Czech company with commentary. In theoretical part of the labour we put our mind to the scientific style in Russian, to the comparison of the Czech and Russian terminology, to the translation methods, to the translation transformation and to the proper noun translation. In the practical part of the labour we looked in the history of the food industry and we also acquainted with current situation of meat production at the Czech and Russian markets. As the following, we analyzed the presentations of Russian meat-processing plants, on the basis of which we set up a glossary of terms and collocations. With the aid of the theoretical knowledge and the glossary we finished the Russian translation of presentation of the Czech company Váhala a spol. s r.o. and, as the following, also the commentary to the translation transformation.
