Cílem této práce je zmapovat oblast testování na přítomnost protilátek proti viru hepatitidy typu C (VHC) u problémových uživatelů drog, klientů Kontaktního centra v Olomouci. Přínos práce spočívá ve zvýšení informovanosti zdravotníků o službách pro uživatele návykových látek a dále ve snaze minimalizovat šíření VHC do obecné populace. V teoretické části nalezneme poznatky o onemocnění VHC a možnostech jeho zjišťování v prostředí nízkoprahových center, dále popis a zdůvodnění potřebnosti projektu Kontaktního centra v Olomouci. Praktická část je tvořena kombinací asistovaného testu na zjištění protilátek proti VHC a kvalitativního výzkumu, který zkoumá rizikové chování uživatelů drog; používání protektivních strategií před nákazou VHC; zjišťuje postoje, okolnosti a motivaci k provedení testu na zjištění protilátek proti VHC a ověřuje informovanost klientů o možných cestách nákazy, zdravotních rizicích a možnostech léčby. Výzkumný soubor vznikl pomocí příležitostného výběru a výběru prostřednictvím instituce, tvoří ho 30 anonymních klientů k-centra, uživatelů drog. Metodou získávání dat je individuální standardizovaný rozhovor. Výsledky jsou zpracovány pomocí popisné statistiky a kvalitativní analýzy.The aim of the thesis is to describe the area of testing problem drug users, the clients of drop-in centre in Olomouc, for presence of Hepatitis type C virus (HCV) antibodies. The benefit of the thesis is in increasing the knowledge of medical staff about the services for problematic drug users and also in an effort to minimise the spread of HCV into the general population. The theoretical part describes the knowledge about the HCV and possibilities of testing at the drop-in centres and also a description and reasoning for the need of the project at the Drop-in Centre in Olomouc. The practical part is composed of combination is assisted testing for HCV antibodies and qualitative research that analysis risk behaviour of drug users; using of protective strategies from HCV infection; finds out attitudes, circumstances, and motivation for HCV antibodies test and verifies the client knowledge of the possibilities of infection, health risks, and treatment possibilities. Research population was selected by a combination of selection by opportunity and by the institution; it is made of 30 anonymous K-Centre clients, drug users. The method of data acquire is an individual standardised interview. The results are analysed using descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis.
