Tato práce podává informaci o digitalizaci radiodiagnostického oddělení. Seznamuje s fyzikálními principy digitálního obrazu a technikou, která je pro přechod oddělení na novou technologii nutná. Obecná část práce popisuje problematiku historie rentgenového záření, vzniku rentgenového obrazu, vyvolávacího procesu. Speciální část se zaměřuje na popis klasické a digitální radiografie. Hlavním cílem bylo srovnat tyto dvě techniky, zdůraznit jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále uvádím, jak digitalizovat oddělení, jaký typ digitalizace zvolit a jak se změnila práce na oddělení pro radiologické asistenty po zavedení digitalizace. Nejdůležitějším přínosem digitalizace je zlepšení a zrychlení přístupu k informacím, což znamená úsporu času zaměstnanců. Zavedení digitalizace usnadňuje, ale i zrychluje chod práce na pracovišti, zvyšuje dostupnost informací pro lékaře a usnadňuje administrativní práci radiologickým asistentům. Urychlení vyšetření, které je hlavním přínosem, se projeví především menším počtem klientů v čekárnách a dále ji oceníme v kritických situacích života{\dots}This work provides information on a digitizing of the radio-diagnostic department. It introduces physical principles of a digital picture, and a technique which is necessary for transition of the department to a new technology. The general part of the work describes the problematics of X-ray radiation history, the beginning and formation of the X-ray picture, and the developing process. The special part concentrates on a description of a classical and digital radiography. The main target was to compare these two technologies, to point out their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, I indicate the process of a department digitizing, I also explain which type of digitizing to choose and how has the work on a radiological assistants department changed since the implementation of digitizing. The most important contribution of the digitizing is innovation and acceleration of the access to information, which means saving the employee´s time. Implementation of digitizing makes the working processes not only easier but also quicker, it improves the access to information for doctors, and it also makes the administrative work of radilogical assistants easier. Speeding up of examination, which is the main contribution, is going to show mostly on a smaller amount of patients waiting in the waiting rooms and we will also appreciate it in the critical situations of our lives{\dots}.
