Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Duševní hygieny všeobecné sestry. Hlavním záměrem práce bylo motivovat sestry k zařazení relaxačních technik do svého každodenního života, aby tak účelně předcházely syndromu vyhoření. Teoretická část se věnuje významu duševní hygieny a jejímu uplatnění v životě sestry. Dále je charakterizována profese všeobecné sestry a jsou uvedeny negativní faktory, se kterými se sestra v rámci svého povolání setkává. Patří sem zátěžové situace a jejich neefektivní zvládání, stres a syndrom vyhoření. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky vstupních a výstupních dotazníků u všeobecných sester na ARO + JIP, chir. - traum. a interním oddělení v Nemocnici Šternberk. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty a zhodnoceny v diskusi a v závěru práce.This bachelor´s work is interested in the problems of the hospital nurse´s mental hygiene. Main intention of the work was motivated nurses to include relaxation practises to their everyday life, so that they could prevent a burnout syndrom practically. Theoretical part devote to the meaning of mental hygiene and her exercise in nurse´s life. Further is depictured profession of the hospital nurse and the negative factors, which sister is get together with in terms of her occupation. Here belong ballast situation and their uneconomical coping, stress and burnout syndrom. In practical part there are processed the results of input and output data of questionnaire near hospital nurse's room on Anesthesiology - resuscitation, surgery - traumatology and internal ward in Hospital in Šternberk. The experimental inquiry results are summarized and estimated in discussion and at the conclusion of the work.
