Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku edukace klientek s gestačním diabetem mellitem. Zjišťuje informovanost klientek Diabetologického centra Fakultní nemocnice Brno v oblasti léčebného režimu při gestačním diabetu, způsoby jeho dodržování klientkami a dále spokojenost klientek s fungováním centra. Především však mapuje oblasti, ve kterých jsou klientky o gestačním diabetu edukovány, a identifikuje zdroje, jež poskytují klientkám největší množství informací o nemoci. Stěžejním bodem práce je analýza a interpretace empirických informací získaných výzkumným šetřením formou dotazníku. Výsledky práce by měly být podnětem pro zaměření další činnosti zdravotníků diabetologického centra edukujících nastávající matky s gestačním diabetem.The bachelor paper focuses on the issues of educating clients with gestational diabetes mellitus. The author carried out an awareness survey among the clients of the Centre for Diabetics at the Brno Teaching Hospital concerning the therapeutic regimen during gestational diabetes and its observance by the clients; she also inquired how satisfied the clients were with the Centre operation. Primarily, though, the paper records areas covered by the clients` education, identifying those sources that provide the clients most extensive information on the disease. The core of the paper is the analysis and interpretation of the empirical information obtained from the survey through questionnaires. Outputs of the paper should serve as an impetus for further concentration of the activities of the health professionals at the Centre for Diabetics who educate the mothers-to-be suffering from gestational diabetes.
