Astma bronchiale je chronické zánětlivé onemocnění, v jehož léčbě hrají dominantní roli inhalační léky s protizánětlivým a bronchodilatačním účinkem. Vzhledem k dlouhodobé léčbě jsou u astmatu kladeny vysoké nároky na compliance, která je úzce spojena i s informovaností a vnímáním účinnosti a bezpečnosti léčby. V této práci jsme zjišťovali informovanost, compliance a percepci účinnosti a rizik pacientů, užívajících inhalační antiastmatika, metodou ad hoc vytvořeného dotazníku a semistrukturovaného rozhovoru. Šetření bylo provedeno u 51 pacientů v ambulanci specialisty - alergologa. Bylo zjištěno, že zatímco při zahájení léčby jsou pacienti informováni dostatečně, opakovaná edukace během léčby není již samozřejmá a kontrola správnosti inhalační techniky je výjimečná. Sami pacienti hodnotili svoji complianci jako dobrou, přesto část z nich někdy vynechává dávky profylaktických léků, nebo si naopak dávky samovolně zvyšuje. Inhalační antiastmatika pacienti vnímají jako velmi účinné a bezpečné léky.Bronchial astma is a chronic inflammatory disease, in the therapy of which inhalation drugs with antiinflammatory and bronchodilation effects play a major role. Due to the long-term treatment, high level of patient`s compliance is necessary, being tightly connected with knowledge and perception of effectivity and risks of the treatment. In this study knowledge, compliance and perception of risks was assessed in patients treated by inhalation antiasthmatics, by the method of ad hoc made questionnaire and semi-structured interview. Study was performed in 51 patients in allerogolgic ambulatory. It was founded that in the beginning of the treatment the education of patients is sufficient, repeated education in the course of the treatment is not usual and monitoring of mistakes in inhalational technique is rare. Patient`s self-assesment of compliance was generally high, but part of them skip the doses from time to time and others invcrease it without doctor`s recommendation. Inhalation antiasthmatics are percieved as effective and safe drugs.
