Cílem je zjistit případné rozdíly a analyzovat tak vliv ISO certifikace na kvalitu vedení zdravotnické dokumentace.This bachelor thesis scrutinizes the quality of paramedic documentation of the Emergency Medical Service of the Vysočina Region before the certification according to the ISO 9001:2001 and after the certification with the use of outputs of documentation audits. The aim is to identify possible differences and thus analyze the impact of the ISO certification on the quality of medical documentation.
