Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možný výskyt posttraumatických stresových reakcí u záchranářů. V teoretické části pojednává o zátěžových situacích, řešení krizí, psychické zátěži v profesi záchranáře a popisuje psychologickou péči o záchranáře v České republice. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Jedním z hlavních cílů práce bylo zmapovat prevenci a možnosti péče o záchranáře a vyhodnotit diferenciaci mezi hasiči a pracovníky záchranných služeb ve Zlínském kraji.My thesis is interested in a possible occurrence of a post-traumatic stress reactions in rescue workers. A teoretical part deal with a loading situactions, a solution of crisis, a mental load in a rescue worker profession and describes a psychological care of rescue workers in Czech Republic. In a practical part there is a analysis of questionnaire results. One of the main targets of my work was to map a prevention of a possible care in rescue workers and evaluate a difference between firemen and employees of emergency ambulances in zlin region.
