Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu na exponovaných pracovištích JIP a ARO. Teoretická část popisuje stres, jeho příčiny, působení, příznaky a následky. Dále se zaměřuje na techniky a strategie zvládání stresu. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, provedeného v prosinci 2008 na vybraných pracovištích Kroměřížské nemocnice a.s. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit nejvíce zatěžující stresové faktory působící na sestru. Zjistit nejčastěji používané formy boje se stresovou zátěží. Posoudit závislost míry působících stresorů na spokojenost v zaměstnání. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskusi a závěru práce.The bachelor work is concentrated on stress which appears during working process at ICU and ARD. Theoretical part of the work describes stress, its source, effects, signs and aftermath. The work is focused on techniques and strategies how to suppress the stress as well. The practical part of the bachelor work is comprised of a questionnaire and its results. The questionnaire was delivered on selected departments of Kromeriz hospital in December 2008. The main purpose of the questionnaire was to find out which factors cause the stress the most, which techniques are used in order to suppress the stress, and influence of the stress on ICU and ARD employees. The questionnaire records are listed at the end of the work.
