Kvalita ošetřovatelské péče je v České republice stále diskutované téma. Jedním z nástrojů kvality, které ji zajišťují, jsou ošetřovatelské standardy. Bakalářská práce zjišťuje míru informovanosti a znalostí sester o standardech ošetřovatelských postupů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na charakteristiku koncepce ošetřovatelství v České republice, ošetřovatelských standardů jako nástrojů zvyšování kvality ošetřovatelské péče a na tvorbu standardu ošetřovatelských postupů. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumného šetření. Z těch následně vyplývá, co by sestry, dle svých stávajících znalostí, na standardech ošetřovatelských postupů změnily a s čím jsou naopak spokojeny.The quality of nursing care is still very actual topic in Czech republic. One of the tools, that can be used to improove such care are nursing standards. This work is intended to investigate the current status of knowledge and information amongst nurses related to the standards of nursing process. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused mainly to characterize the concept of nursing in the Czech republic, to nursing standards as the tool for quality improovement in nursig care and development of standards of nursing process. Practical part prezents the results of research. The results shows various points and topics based on the nurses's satisfaction with the standards of nursing process.
