Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem respirační tísně dospělých (ARDS) a následnou terapií v akutním stádiu onemocnění. Cílem bylo získat poznatky o této formě plicního poškození a vypracovat terapeutický plán u akutního pacienta. Jelikož u ARDS dochází ke kolapsu plic a respirační insuficienci, zabývali jsme se také umělou plicní ventilací. V rámci fyzioterapie jsme se věnovali především technikám respirační fyzioterapie, relaxačním a neurofacilitačním metodám.Bachelor´s thesis deals with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) and resulting therapy in acute stage. The goal was to obtain knowledges about this form of lung injury and dispose possible therapy in acute patient. There is a lung collapse and respiratory insufficiency in ARDS so we were concerned with mechanical pulmonary ventilation. Physiotherapy follows especially techniques of respiratory physiotherapy, relaxation and neurofacilitation methods.
