Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je enteroklýza, dvojkontrastní vyšetření tenkého střeva. Tato metoda si udržuje zásadní postavení v diagnostice onemocnění tenkého střeva. V současné době se však zvyšuje počet CT a MR enteroklýz. V práci je zmíněna anatomie tenkého střeva, indikace k vyšetření, příprava pacienta, ale i další vyšetřovací metody tenkého střeva. Praktická část obsahuje statistické srovnání pacientů vyšetřovaných pomocí konvenční enteroklýzy a MR enterografie ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc za dobu dvou měsíců.The main theme of this thesis is enteroclysis, double contrast examination method of small intestine. This method sustains the main position in the diagnoses of small bowel diseases. At present, the number of CT and MR enteroclysis increases. In this thesis is discussed anatomy of the small intestine, indications for testing, patient preparation, as well as other investigative methods of the small intestine. The practical part includes statistical comparison of patients examined by conventional enteroclysis and MR enterography in University Hospital Olomouc during the period of two months.
