Diplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat fenomén globalizace z pohledu teorie i praxe. V teoretické části byla definována globalizace, která prolíná prakticky do všech sfér života společnosti - politiky, kultury, ale i ekonomiky, na niž je v této práci kladen důraz. V praktické části byla provedena analýza společnosti Iveco Czech Republic, a. s., byl kladen důraz na změny, které se projevily v oblasti v oblasti řízení, managementu, organizace a ekonomický vliv na Pardubický region.The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe a phenomenom of globalization from the theoretical point of view as well as practise. In the theoretical part there has been a globalization defined that migles with all spheres of life of the society - policy, culture and economics as well, which an emphasis of this work is placed on. In the practical part an analysis of Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. has been done. The emphasis has been placed on changes that have occured in the area of directing, management, organisation and economic influence on Pardubice Region.
