Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem evaluace výuky odborných předmětů na středních zdravotnických školách. Důraz je kladen na hodnocení podmínek ke vzdělávání s ohledem na personální a materiální zajištění výuky a s ohledem na organizační podmínky výuky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část - teoretická, shrnuje aktuální teoretické poznatky a východiska z oblasti hodnocení a evaluace, nastiňuje vývoj pedagogické evaluace v České republice. Teoretická část se dále zabývá evaluací v současné škole, autoevaluací, popisuje přístupy k evaluaci v některých zemích Evropské unie a v závěru zmiňuje povinné oblasti hodnocení škol podle aktuální školské legislativy. V praktické části jsou předloženy výsledky šetření a standardizovaného rozhovoru. Šetření probíhalo v únoru 2009 na všech středních zdravotnických školách ve Zlínském kraji a týkalo se denní formy oboru vzdělávání zdravotnický asistent. Ve čtyřech školách byla provedena evaluace podmínek ke vzdělávání se zaměřením na pedagogickou a odbornou způsobilost a další vzdělávání učitelek odborných předmětů, bylo zhodnoceno vybavení odborných učeben didaktickou technikou a odbornými pomůckami a byl popsán systém organizování profilového praktického předmětu ošetřování nemocných. Výsledky práce jsou shrnuty v diskusi a závěrečné části práce.The dissertation is being dealt with the teaching evaluation process of specialities in the secondary nursing schools. The emphasis is being placed on the conditions evaluation as are being necessary for the education in relation on the personal and material teaching ensuring and with respect to the organisation teaching conditions. The dissertation is being divided on two sections. The first section - the theoretic one is making summary of updated theoretic finding and starting points from the sphere of appraisal and evaluation, has outlined the development of pedagogic evaluation in the Czech republic. The theoretic section of dissertation is being furthermore dealt with the evaluation in the contemporary school, with the auto-evaluation and there has been described the access towards the evaluation in the several countries of European union and in the summary of dissertation has been mentioned the obligatory evaluation spheres of schools in compliance with the updated school legislation. There have been submitted in the practical section of dissertation the investigation results and results of standardized discussion and dialog. The investigation has been effectuated and carried out in February 2009 in all secondary nursing schools in the region Zlín and this investigation has concerned the daily education form on the field of medical assistant. There has been carried out the conditions evaluation for the education in four secondary nursing schools, where the teaching attention has been focused on the pedagogic and professional ability and on the next education of specialities schoolmistress, furthermore has been evaluated the equipment and outfit of schoolrooms with the didactic technique and with the teaching facilitations and there has been described the organisation system of profiled, practical subject of treatment and nursing of patients. The results of dissertation have been summarized in the discussion and in the final section of dissertation.
