Tato závěrečná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na institut ústavní výchovy a institut náhradní rodinné péče, a to především na finanční náklady státu na tyto formy výchovy. V bakalářské práci je popsána ústavní výchova, zařízení pro výkon ústavní výchovy, náhradní rodinná péče (se zaměřením na pěstounskou péči a poručenství) a jejich právní ukotvení, dále jsou zde uvedena statistická data, která se daného tématu týkají. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo porovnání nákladů na pobyt dítěte v zařízeních pro výkon ústavní výchovy s náklady na pobyt dítěte v náhradní rodinné výchově - pěstounské péči a poručenství, které jsou státem finančně podporovány.This final bachelor work is fokused on the institute of the institutional upbringing and on the institute of the alternative family care, especially on the state financial costs on those forms of the upbringing. I have tried to describe the institutional upbringing, institutions for this institutional upbringing, the alternative family care (with the wiew to a foster care as well as the related legislative. Also the statistical returns relating to those problems are mentioned here. The main objective of my bachelor work was to compare the costs on the stay of the child in the institution with the costs on the stayof the child in the alternative family care - in the foster care which is financed by the state.
