Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První tři kapitoly představuji problematiku kombinovaných vad a problematiku narušené komunikační schopnosti, která je často dalším symptomem u těchto postižení. Poslední kapitola teoretické části nabízí možnosti rozvoje komunikačních dovedností pomocí alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Cílem praktické části bylo představit nácvik komunikace pomocí piktogramů a tím rozšířit aktivní slovní zásobu u jedinců s DMO, autismem a přidruženou mentální retardací a následně jejich téma vložit do komunikačních sešitů.The subject of this work is developing communication competences in children with combined impairment. The theoretic part of the work is divided in to four chapters. The first free ones constitute question of combined impairment and disturbed communication skill, which is very often other symptom of these defects. The final part of the theoretic part offers possibilities of development of communication skills by the help of systems of alternative and augmentative communication. The target of practical part of the work was presents training of communication through the use of the pictographs thereby extends active language by persons with Cerebral Palsy, autism, mental retardation and finally complete theme insert in their communication books.
