Diplomová práce se zabývá novým systémem sociálních služeb. Teoretická část přibližuje novou právní úpravu (zákon č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách a vyhláška č. 505/2006 Sb.), hlavní změny v systému sociálních služeb (příspěvek na péči a smlouva o poskytování sociálních služeb) a standardy kvality sociálních služeb č.2 a č.5. Praktická část se zabývá výsledky výzkumu ?Uživatelé sociálních služeb a nový systém jejich poskytování? - konkrétně částmi, které se týkají vztahů uživatelů s registrovanými poskytovateli sociálních služeb a smluvních vztahů uživatele s registrovaným poskytovatelem sociálních služeb.The diploma work deals with a new system of social services. The theoretical part approaches the new legislation (Law No. 108/2006 mentioned in Collection of laws, about social services, and Decree No. 505/2006 mentioned in Collection of laws), the main changes in the system of social services (contribution to care and the contract for the provision of social services) and quality standards of social services No. 2 and No. 5. The practical part deals with the results of research "Users of social services and the new system of their provision " - namely the parts that relate to relationships of users with registered providers of social services and contractual relationships of users with registered providers of social services.
