Cílem této práce je reflektovat problémy, které musí řešit bezdětné páry a to z pohledu jak psychologie a andragogiky, tak i sociologie. Pozornost je věnována vymezení neplodnosti a bezdětnosti. Zjišťuji také hodnoty dítěte v dnešní společnosti a důvody, proč lidé chtějí prožít život s dítětem. Nastiňuji období, kdy neplodné páry prožívají svou krizovou situaci a nabízím případné možnosti andragogické intervence. Hovořím o neplodném páru i z pohledu sociologie, kde se zaměřuji na sociální aspekty neplodných jako je například narušená identita, genderové rozdíly v reakci na neplodnost, stigmatizace či sociální exkluze. Práci ukončuji otevřeným pojednáním o rodičovství, pár stojí před důležitým rozhodnutím, zda prožít život bez dítěte nebo zvolit jinou alternativu, což je v případě neplodného páru náhradní rodinná péče.The principal aim of this thesis is reflect to problems which have to solve infertile couples. Theme is envisage from psychology, andragogy and sociology view. Thesis is focused to define terms infertility and childlessness, recognition significance of children in current society and reasons why people want to spent their life with children. I write about phase, when infertile couples get their crisis situation and I offer pertinent options of andragogy intervention. From sociology view I allude to terms as disrupt identity, genders differences in an infertility, detection stigmas at infertile couples or social exclusion. Thesis is concluded by muse about parents, who are front of resolution and they have to decide if they spent their life with child or if they choose an other option which is adoption.
