Diplomová práce shromažduje údaje (zejm. poloha, základní popis a zajímavosti) o všech obcích, které se nachází v České republice a mají ve svém názvu slovo Bystřice. Dále se úžeji zaměřuje na Bystřici pod Hostýnem a Velkou Bystřici, které mezi sebou srovnává z hlediska zeměpisného, historického a kulturního. Navazuje mapováním existence lidových písní mající vztah k těmto dvěma Bystřicím a to z pohledu místa jejich vzniku a obsahu slova Bystřice v názvu či textu těchto písní.Thesis gathers data (especially location, basic description and interesting facts) about all cities in Czech Republic which have a word Bystřice in their name. Thesis is closer focusing to Bystřice pod Hostýnem and Velká Bystřice, which are compared from a geographical, historical and cultural view. It concurs with mapping the existence of traditional songs which relate to these two Bystřice towns from a view of their source and content of the word Bystřice either in the title or lyrics of these songs.
