Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku logopedické intervence u dětí s Downovým syndromem. Věnuje se Downově syndromu z pohledu etiologie, symptomatologie, diagnostiky a terapie. Cílem práce bylo popsat patologii orofaciálního komplexu a její důsledky u dítěte s Downovým syndromem a zjistit a popsat možnosti využití technik orofaciální regulační terapie dle Castillo Morales v logopedické intervenci u dítěte s Downovým syndromem.The thesis is focused on problems of speech and language intervention in a child with Down syndrome. It devotes to Down syndrome, its etiology, symptomatology, diagnostics and therapy. The purpose of this work was to describe pathology of orofacial region and its subsequence in children with Down syndrome and to find out and to describe possibilities of application of methods of orofacial regulation therapy by Castillo Morales in speech and language intervention in a child with Down syndrome.
