Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou viktimologie, tedy problematikou týkající se oběti trestného činu. V úvodu je práce zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, trestnou činnost, její historii a příčiny. V další části vysvětluje problematiku viktimologie jako vědy, její předmět a historii. Následuje objasnění pojmů viktimogenní situace a viktimogenní faktory. Podstatná část práce je věnována samotnému problému viktimizace, tedy procesu poškozování a újmy způsobené oběti trestného činu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny možnosti pomoci oběti trestného činu, ve spolupráci s různými státními i nestátními organizacemi, zejména s možností pomoci prostřednictvím Probační a mediační služby. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu problematiky spolupráce Policie České republiky s Probační a mediační službou.This degree work follows the problem of victimology - the problem of the victim of a criminal offence. In the introduction of the work basic concepts, criminality, its history and reasons are defined. The next part explains victimology as a science, its subject and history. The terms of "victimogenic situation" and "victimogenic factors" are explained. The great part of the work deals with the problem of victimization as the process of harming the victim and damage caused to victim of a crime. At the end of the work, the help possibilities are introduced. Different state and private organizations, Probation and Mediation Service can provide the help to victims. Practical part of the work contains analysis of cooperation of Police of the Czech Republic and Probation and Mediation Service.
