Internet se stal jedním z nejvýznamnějších fenoménů přelomu druhého a třetího tisíciletí. Stále se rozvíjí a roste i počet lidí, kteří využívají nabídek a možností, které s sebou přinesl. Jednou z mnoha oblastí, do kterých internet vstoupil a které obohatil, je i oblast poradenství. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou internetového poradenství v oblasti sociálního zabezpečení, v jejím rámci je vymezeno poradenství jako takové, přístupy v poradenství z pohledu právě internetového poradenství, jeho výhody a nevýhody a možnosti jeho praktického využití. Cílem práce je formou dotazníkového šetření zmapovat síť internetových poraden, které v této oblasti nabízejí své služby a vytvořit adresář těchto poraden, který bude prostřednictvím internetu zveřejněn a bude tak sloužit jak jejich potencionálním uživatelům, tak i celé internetové veřejnosti.The Internet has become one of the most important phenomena of the turn of the 2nd and 3rd millennium. The Internet is growing and also the number of people who use the offers, features and possibilities which the internet has brought in. One of the areas that were affected and enriched by the internet is counseling. This bachelor study deals with the problems of the internet counseling in the sphere of the social security. This study defines counseling itself, the forms of counseling from the internet counseling point of view, its advantages and disadvantages and the ways and means of its practical use. The objective of this study is to map the net of the internet counseling services that provide services related to the social security and to create a directory of those internet counseling services. This directory will be published through internet. By this way it will serve to their potential clients and to whole internet community.
