Tématem bakalářské práce jsou dávky pro osoby s nedostatečnými příjmy. Teoretická část práce popisuje systém sociálního zabezpečení v České republice, do kterého tyto dávky patří. Věnuje se změnám v novém systému sociální pomoci u nás.Empirická část hledá odpověď na otázku: Co vedlo ke snížení počtu příjemců dávek v hmotné nouzi? Cílem bakalářské práce je ověření skutečnosti, že změna legislativy spočívající v posílení významu rodiny (rodinné solidarity) v systému dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi, projevující se ve změně okruhu společně posuzovaných osob, vedla ve svém důsledku k podstatnému snížení počtu příjemců dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi.Topic of thesis is social benefits for people with insufficient income. The theoretical part describes the social security system in the Czech Republic, which includes these social benefits. It describes the changes in the new system of social assistance in our country. Empirical part searches answer to this question: What caused reduce the number of recipients of social security benefits in the material distress? The aim of this work is to verify, that the change in legislation in enhancing the importance of family (family solidarity) in the benefits of assistance in the material distress, as manifested in a change in the assessment of people living together, led to a substantial reduction in the number of beneficiaries in the material distress.
