Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přístupem ke klientům v Domově se zvláštním režimem Pržno. Přístup k lidem s duševní poruchou je specifický a klade velké nároky na odbornost. Proto se věnuji teoretickému vymezení - psychiatrickému minimu a následně pokračuji vypracovanou metodikou v profesionálně odpovědném přístupu ke klientům. Cílem práce je vytvořit ucelenou metodiku podloženou jak teoretickými znalostmi, tak skutečnými příběhy, které podpoří mé přesvědčení o znalosti psychických poruch a naznačí tak směr, jakým by se práce s našimi klienty měla ubírat.The purpose of this paper is to detail a study which will provide the clients of Pržno House with a specifically designed regime of treatment. An approach to people suffering from mental disorders place heavy demands upon the skills and expertise of their treating staff. Because of this I firstly have theoretically defined a minimum standard of treatment; and detailed the methodology necessary to achieve a professionally responsible level of treatment for the clients. The goal of this paper is to set up an integrated methodology; using both practical and theoretical knowledge; to support my theories and provide a blueprint (guide) to improving the treatment of our clients.I do not wish to merely reinforce the treating staff's knowledge of mental disorders but; using this metodology.
