Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na shrnutí povinností zaměstnavatele - ředitele školy v zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Analýzou právních předpisů, které vyplývají z platné legislativy a které se vztahují k bezpečnosti a ochraně práce zaměstnanců, dětí, žáků a studentů, jsem se snažil shrnout do teoretické části práce. Rozborem porušení předpisů vyplývajících z kontrol provedených Svazovými inspektory bezpečnosti práce Českomoravského odborového svazu pracovníků ve školství, jsem se snažil upozornit na nejčastěji porušované právní předpisy, a tím přispět k eliminaci těchto porušení.This bachelor´s work is focused on a summary of the employer´s obligations - the school-head within securing safety and health protection at work. I tried to summarize them into the theoretical part of the work applying the analysis of legal regulations arising from the legislation in force related to safety and health protection of employees, children, pupils and students. Utilizing the analysis of regulations resulting from the controls performed by the labour safety inspectors of the Czech-Moravian Trade Union Workers in Education I aimed at alerting to most frequent infringement of legal regulations and thus to contribute to elimination of these infringements.
