Cílem bakalářské práce je předložit návrh zlepšení vnitrofiremní komunikace na základě analýzy jejího současného stavu. Pro tuto analýzu použiji přehled prostředků podpory komunikace a přehled základních nástrojů vnitrofiremní komunikace, popsaný v odborné literatuře. Objektem zkoumání je školské zařízení - Pedagogicko-psychologická poradna Frýdek-Místek, kde tyto teoretické poznatky poslouží jako kritéria analýzy vnitrofiremní komunikace.The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to propose an improvement of intra-corporate communication, based on the analysis of its current state. The analysis is based upon the overall overview of the resources of communication support and on the overview of essential aparatus of the intra-corporate communication, as described in the relevant literature. The target object of the research is a scholastic institution---"Pedagogicko-psychologicka poradna Frydek-Mistek" (Frydek-Mistek Clinic of Educational Psychology)---where the analysis of the intra-corporate communication is performed basedon the theoretical knowledge.
