Motivácia je vnútornou hybnou silou. Tí manažéri, ktorí ju poznajú a vedia správne aplikovať, môžu nadobudnúť moc v konkurencieschopnosti firmy. Cieľom mojej práce je oboznámenie sa s teóriou motivácie podľa známych autorov, na základe čoho hodnotím momentálny systém motivácie zamestnancov vo firme Parcelnet Ltd. Swindon. Pokúsim sa zistiť ako a či sú jej momentálni pracovníci motivovaní, a to dotazníkovou metódou a prípadne podávam návrhy pre zlepšenie.Motivation is an internal moving power. Those managers, who know the process of motivation and its application, can reach the strengths of company in competitiveness. The purpose of my Bachelor project is to inform the readers about the motivation theory of famous authors as well as to rate the current motivation system in Parcelnet Ltd. company in Swindon. I am trying to find out how and if the employees are motivated by questionnaire way and in case I am suggesting an improvement plan.
