Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je poukázať na opatrenia sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately s dôrazom na sanáciu prirodzeného rodinného prostredia, využívanie výchovných opatrení a transformácia detských domovov. K výberu tematiky práce ma motivovalo nájsť najoptimálnejšie riešenie pre deti umiestnené v detských domovoch, najmä po skúsenostiach z odbornej praxe v detskom domove Kolárovo.. Predkladaná bakalárska práca obsahuje teoretickú i empirickú časť. Je určená pre laickú verejnosť. Teoretická časť je obsiahnutá v troch kapitolách, štvrtá kapitola je venovaná empirickej časti. V prvej kapitole teoretickej časti sa budem zaoberať rodinou ako podpornou inštitúciou a príčinami odchodu dieťaťa z rodiny. Opatreniam sociálnoprávnej kurately a sociálnej ochrany, ktoré majú význam v zmysle sanácie prirodzeného rodinného prostredia, je venovaná druhá kapitola. Nosnou líniou bakalárskej práce bude tretia kapitola. V nej sa budem venovať súčasným formám náhradnej starostlivosti, jej organizovaniu, zabezpečeniu a realizácii celého procesu v kontexte súčasnej právnej legislatívy. V empirickej časti sa budem venovať prieskumu dôvodov umiestnenia a dĺžke pobytu detí v detskom domove Kolárovo .The purpose of my bachelor work is to mention the arrangements of the social-jural protection of children and social trustee-ship with the emphasis on amendment of the natural family environment, exploition of the edyfying strokes and transformation of the foster homes. My motivation for writing a work on this topic was to find the most optimum solution for the children placed in th foster homes, especially after my specialistic experiences in the foster home of Kolárovo.. The presented bachelor work contains theoretical and empirical part. It is assigned for lay public. The theoretical part includes three chapters, the fourth chapter is assigned to the empirical part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I will deal with the family as a supporting institution and with the reasons of the childrens leaving of the family. To the arrangements of the social-jural protection, which have their meaning in the sense of the amendment of the natural family environment - is assigned the second chapter. The main line of my bachelor work will be the third chapter. I will deal there with the present forms of the alternative care, its organisation, securing and realization of the entire process in the context of the present jural legislation. In the empirical part I will make a research of the reasons of the placing and duration of the childrens stay in the foster home in Kolárovo .
