Předmětem teoretické části diplomové práce je charakteristika motivace a motivačních procesů u žáků středních škol. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy výukových metod jako interakce učitel žák, problémové vyučování a jiné. Předmětem praktické části diplomové práce je průzkum mezi žáky středních škol včetně jeho vyhodnocení.The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to research the characteristics of the motivation and the motivation processes used with vocational school students. It includes specific individual kinds of teaching methods, for instance teacher and student interaction, lesson difficulties and others. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is to do research among vocational school students and the evaluation of this work.
