Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je zmapovať problémy v starostlivosti o seniorov žijúcich v domove dôchodcov z pohľadu personálu domova dôchodcov. Predkladaná BDP má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická časť sa venuje opisu staroby, starnutia, aspektom a dôsledkom staroby a starnutia, ktoré pri poskytovaní starostlivosti zohrávajú významnú úlohu, charakteristike pojmu starostlivosť, senior, sociálny pracovník a legislatívnemu vymedzeniu pojmu zariadenie pre seniorov. Ťažiskom teoretickej časti práce je starostlivosť o seniorov žijúcich v domove dôchodcov, ktorí sa ocitli v poslednej etape svojho života v inštitucionálnej starostlivosti s poukazom, na jej problematické miesta. Empirická časť je zameraná na realizáciu prieskumu, interpretáciu výsledkov, overenie hypotéz a záver prieskumu s odporúčaním pre prax.The aim of my bachelor work is to plot the problems concerning the senior care in retirement communities, from the point of view of retirement communities. A submitted bachelor work has theoretical - empirical character. The theoretical one deals with description of age, ageing, further with the aspect and result of age and ageing, which play very important role by the care providing. It also deals with the characteristics of the terms care providing, senior, social worker and the legislative detrmination of the term senior facility.The focus of the theoretical part of the work is the senior care in the retirement communities. It deals with the ones who have found themselves in their final phase of life in the institutional care with a remission, with the problematical issues. The empirical part is focused on the research performance, results interpretation, hypotheses verification and conclusion of the research with the recommendations for the praxis.
