Závěrečná bakalářská práce "Děti se zdravotním postižení v rodině" se zabývá problematikou zdravotního postižení z pohledu rodiny. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje základní terminologii týkající se typů zdravotního postižení. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rodině dětí s postižením a popisuje situaci rodičů, kteří se musí vyrovnat se zdravotním postižením svého dítěte. Dále popisuji, co pociťují zdraví sourozenci, když jim rodiče nevěnují dostatečnou pozornost anebo se jim naopak věnují v nadměrné míře. Třetí kapitola nabízí strukturu systému sociálního zabezpečení a přehled sociálních dávek a sociálních služeb. Další kapitola se zabývá nástinem metod sociální práce, které slouží sociálním pracovníkům při poskytování pomoci rodinám dětí s postižením. Poslední kapitola dává formou kazuistiky nahlédnout do života rodiny, kde žije chlapec se sluchovým postižením.The bachelor's work "Children with Physical Disabilities in the Family" deals with physically handicapped children in a view of the family. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter specifies the basic terminology relating to types of the physical disabilities. The second chapter is focused on the families with disabled children, their feelings and parents' positions, where they have to face up the handicap of their child, how they cope with it. Then I described what healthy brothers or sisters feel when their parents take no account of them or on the contrary they pay a lot of attention to them. The third chapter displays the structure of system of social security, summary of social security benefit and social services. The next chapter offers an outline of social-work methods, which helps social workers when they provide assistance to the families that have children with physical disabilities. In the last chapter there is a case report of one family with an auditory handicapped boy.
