Diplomová práce s názvem Delokalizace francouzských společností v České republice si klade za cíl popsat tento fenomén z pohledu teorie i praxe. V teoretické části byla definována globalizace i delokalizace, jakož i jejich vzájemný vliv a zároveň bylo popsáno aktivní zapojení firmy do globalizačního procesu. Dále byla nastíněna ekonomická situace České republiky z historického i současného hlediska a příliv zahraničních investic do ČR a jejich podpora. V praktické části byla provedena analýza výskytu francouzských společností na území ČR, které se rozhodly investovat jejich kapitál do ČR. Výsledkem výzkumu bylo zjištění, čím je ČR přitažlivá pro nové investory, byl zde popsán proces delokalizace v rámci ČR, jaké změny musel český podnik podstoupit po delokalizaci a jaké změny to přináší pro region, ve kterém k delokalizaci došlo.The thesis entitled The Delocalization of French Firms in the Czech Republic is targeted on describing this phenomenon from theoretical and empirical point of view. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of globalization and delocalization as well as their reciprocal influence and simultaneously active participation of firm to the process of globalization was described. Further economical situation of the Czech Republic is sketched from historical and present point of view as well as foreign investments to the Czech Republic and their support. Empirical part deals with the analysis of localization of French firms in the territory of the Czech Republic that decided to invest their capital to the Czech Republic. The goal of the research is to describe why the new investors choose the Czech Republic for their investments, the process of delocalization within the Czech Republic, interior changes of Czech plant after the delocalization and the changes for the region, where the new plant is localized.
