Práce stručnou formou přibližuje problematiku pohledávek. V rámci jednotlivých kapitol se autor zabývá možnostmi jejich řízení a možnými způsoby jejich zajištění, zmíněna je i problematika pohledávek v insolvenčním - konkursním řízení. Samostatná kapitola je věnována účtování o pohledávkách. Závěrečná kapitola prezentuje návrh zlepšení práce s pohledávkami ve vybrané firmě.The author of the thesis in a brief form comments the topic of claims/accounts payable. In the first chapter the author deals with claims in general, following chapter describes the importance of systematical administration of claims. In the third chapter the author concentrates on possible ways of assuring of company´s claims, with focus on preventative instruments. The area of claims within bankruptcy is briefly described in the next chapter. Bookkeeping of accounts payable forms the contents of the fifth chapter, substantial part of this chapter is dedicated to chosen practical accounting transactions. In the final chapter the author of the thesis presents concept for improving the existing system of work with claims within chosen company.
